### **Ingredients**

- 500 ml of almond milk (without added sugar)

- 3 eggs

- 60 g of caster sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (Maïzena)

### **Preparation**


#### 🍮 **1. Prepare the flan mixture**

1. Preheat the oven to **160°C**.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.

3. Add vanilla extract and cornstarch, then mix well.

4. Heat the almond milk slightly (without boiling it), then gradually add it to the mixture, whisking gently.


#### 🔥 **2. Cooking the flan**

1. Pour the flan mixture into individual ramekins or a large mold.

2. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water for bain-marie cooking.

3. Bake for **40 minutes**, until the flan is set.
