### **Preparation**


#### 🥘 **1. Prepare the vegetables**

1. Preheat the oven to **180°C**.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

3. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.

4. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, crème fraîche, chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.


#### 🔥 **2. Assemble the gratin**

1. Lightly oil a baking dish with olive oil.

2. Arrange a first layer of potatoes, then a layer of zucchini.
