Ingredients


For the garnish

  • 3 pears (Williams or Conference)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

For the crumble

  • 80 g of wheat flour

  • 40 g of unsalted butter

  • 40 g caster sugar


Preparation


🍐 1. Prepare the pears

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C .

  2. Peel and cut the pears into small pieces.

  3. Arrange them in a baking dish and drizzle with honey, vanilla and cinnamon.

🥄 2. Prepare the crumble

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar.

  2. Add the butter cut into small pieces and rub the dough with your fingers until you get a sandy texture.

  1. Spread the crumble over the pear pieces.

  2. Bake for 25 minutes , until the top is golden and crispy.
