Ingredients
✅ For the garnish
3 pears (Williams or Conference)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
✅ For the crumble
80 g of wheat flour
40 g of unsalted butter
40 g caster sugar
Preparation
🍐 1. Prepare the pears
Preheat the oven to 180°C .
Peel and cut the pears into small pieces.
Arrange them in a baking dish and drizzle with honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
🥄 2. Prepare the crumble
In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar.
Add the butter cut into small pieces and rub the dough with your fingers until you get a sandy texture.

Spread the crumble over the pear pieces.
Bake for 25 minutes , until the top is golden and crispy.
