- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- 1 clove of minced garlic

- 1 pinch of salt

- White pepper (optional)

- A few sprigs of fresh parsley (optional)

- 2 medium zucchini

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1 clove of chopped garlic

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

### **Preparation**


#### 🐟 **1. Prepare the salmon fillet with honey and lemon**

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Brush the salmon fillets with this marinade and leave to rest **10 minutes**.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the steaks **4 minutes on each side**, until lightly caramelized.

4. Baste with the remaining marinade at the end of cooking and simmer **1 minute** over low heat.


#### 🥒 **2. Prepare the zucchini pan**

1. Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add chopped garlic. Sauté **1 minute**.

3. Add the zucchini, salt and thyme, then cook over low heat **10 minutes**, stirring occasionally.
